The purpose of this questionnaire is to allow the sales team to gather sufficent information from the potential customer to allow for the generation of a draft product specification.

What is the application, i.e. standby power, UPS or regenerative power ?
What is the output power requirement in kW's?
How long is a typical power outage likley to be in minutes?
What is the output voltage required, i.e. 48Vdc, 240Vac etc.?
What is the supply voltage available, i.e. 240Vac, 415Vdc?
Is there a source of compressed air on site? If so, provide details in terms of pressure, flow rate, dryness and connection distance from intended installation.
Is the system to be installed indoors or outdoors?
What space envelope is available? (Note that a typical 5kW/12 minute system would weigh approximately 850Kg and require a space envelope of approximatley 3.5m2.)
What is the expected operational temperature range?
Are there likely to be noise restrictions at the installation site?
